Fami App User Agreement

Thank you for choosing Fami! By downloading, installing, or using the Fami app (the "App"), you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this User Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

When you access or use the App, you are acknowledging that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If we update this Agreement, we will post the revised version, and the updated date will reflect the changes. Your continued use of the App following any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

2. Use of the App

• You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to access and use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• You agree to use the App in a manner that complies with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws.
• You will not misuse, exploit, or interfere with the App’s features or its services in any way that could negatively impact its functionality or harm other users.

3. Account Registration

Certain features of the App may require you to create an account. By registering for an account, you agree to:

• Keep your account information and password secure.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Privacy and Data Collection

5. Content Ownership

You agree to use the App responsibly and not to:

• Engage in any behavior that may harm, harass, or threaten other users.
• Use offensive or inappropriate language or share harmful, discriminatory, or illegal content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App’s systems or services.

7. Third-Party Services and Links

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services not owned or controlled by Fami. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services or websites. You access these external links at your own risk.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you breach any part of this Agreement. You may also choose to terminate your account by contacting us at eldystynan1990@outlook.com.

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not offer any guarantees or warranties regarding the availability, accuracy, or functionality of the App. You use the App at your own risk, and we do not assume any liability for any issues that may arise.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fami shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the App. This includes, but is not limited to, data loss, service interruptions, or damages resulting from reliance on the App’s content.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fami, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, damages, or liabilities, including legal fees, arising from your use of the App or your violation of this Agreement.

12. Changes to the Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. When significant changes are made, we will notify you through the App or via email. You are encouraged to periodically review this Agreement to stay informed about any changes. The "Effective Date" at the top of this page will indicate when the Agreement was last updated.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration, as set forth in the governing laws.
